People,cultures, landscape, architecture, industry, politics are all defined by their environment. And each of these topics helps define a place. In creating photographs that illustrate a “sense of place” it’s important to approach your subject like a story teller. Each image needs to help convey a message and, at the same time, build on each other to help illustrate the story and maintain continuity.
