In 2012, I made a trip to China to oversee the printing of my book, The Color of Light. Knowing there would be down time, I made the decision to take just one camera (my Leica) and one lens(35mm). The idea was that I would test myself to work with only that combination. It was a good lesson in discipline forcing me to look at things simply and work with what I had.
